Our Mission is to help people lead healthier, more balanced lives. We introduce students to the joy and meditative feeling of Tai Chi & Qigong (pronounced "chee gong") and give them simple ways to incorporate these practices into their daily lives.
Our Classes combine Yang Style Tai Chi, a wide variety of Qigong forms and a mix of extras, such as breathing exercises, guided meditation, healing imagery, concepts from Taoist philosophy and ways to take Tai Chi beyond the classroom and into your daily life.
